An update on the running. Last week I developed a nasty shin splint on my right leg. I have been icing it while at work by tying an ice pack to my shin. It has actually worked well. On Monday i was supposed to do a 6 mile run, but only went 3 because of it. I have been resting it since and will most likely attempt to go out again tomorrow to do my 6 mile run...i guess we'll see how far i get.
I have been doing a lot of research on supplements and have yet to find something that i would like to buy, so at this point i will just stick to my protein bar before my run and a multivitamin each day! If anyone has suggestions please let me know!
